Ukrainian sunflower oil producer Kernel (KER PW) announced that its annual general meeting of shareholders approved on Dec. 11 a dividend of USD 0.25 per share (implying a dividend yield of 1.7%). The meeting delegated the Kernel board to set a record date and a payment date for the dividend. In its annual report, Kernel wrote that the board recommended that shareholders approve USD 0.25 in DPS.

Alexander Paraschiy: Kernel paid the same dividend per share over the last three years so it's no surprise that the company’s AGM approved the same payment. Traditionally, Kernel paid its annual dividend in April of the next year so we expect that to happen this time.
