Ukraine power plant damage less than initially assumed

The power plant requires “overhaul, not rebuilding”, the minister said, with total losses from the fire to be estimated by the end of May, and an “overhaul” plan to be prepared in June. The fire damaged four coal-fired power units, with the official cause reported as the depressurization of a coal pulverizer.
