Liquidity declines

Обзор облигаций 27.11.2014 After its significant recovery on Tuesday from MoF and the NBU injections, broader banking sector liquidity declined UAH1.26bn yesterday to UAH51.16bn, most likely due to month-end tax payments through the end of this week and to the NBU's UAH0.22bn decrease of ON loans to UAH1.20bn on Tuesday. Banks' correspondent accounts with the NBU fell UAH2.44bn to UAH26.34bn yesterday, the lowest level of this month, partially due to the reallocation of UAH1.17bn to the NBU from total CDs outstanding which rose by that amount to UAH19.39bn. Total debt repayments scheduled for the next 30 days remained steady at UAH5.42bn. KyivPrime interest rates remained unchanged since last Wednesday with the KyivPrime ON rate at 11.00% and the KyivPrime 1M rate at 17.00%.
