Обзоры по компаниям и отраслям 18.02.2014 Coal Energy’s (CLE PW) coal production in January dropped to 62 kt (-5.7% m/m) as underground mining slid 3% m/m to 53 kt, while waste coal recovery declined 19% m/m to 8.5 kt. In 7MFY14, underground mining plummeted 64% yoy to 381 kt and waste reprocessing fell 49% yoy to 77 kt. Total coal output plunged 62% yoy to 458 kt in 7MFY14. Roman Topolyuk: Monthly coal production slid to fresh lows in January from already decreased, but stable, volumes during the last six months. The slide will further cut the margins of Coal Energy, which were already thin in 1QFY14 (EBITDA margin of 3.4% vs. 34% in 1QFY13). With the coal market still weak, there is a high risk that Coal Energy will not be able to break even in FY2014. We recommend cutting exposure to Coal Energy since there will be lack of positive drivers for the stock.
